More than one million healthcare workers are now united in SEIU Healthcare, with one strong national voice for good jobs and quality care.

Our new national healthcare union was launched by more than 2,000 healthcare workers at our first-ever conference in Baltimore on June 22-24th and in the halls of Capitol Hill on June 25th.

Now we are ready unite millions more healthcare workers with us for the strength to fix America's broken healthcare system.

Our employers are increasingly national corporations and non-profits. They're     national, and we have to be national to match their size and effectiveness.

Unite More Healthcare Workers    
We need to develop innovative approaches to uniting more workers, and then     duplicate those approaches across the country to help us grow stronger for     everyone's benefit.

Hold Politicians Accountable    
Many key decisions about healthcare financing get made at the federal level.     We need national strength to influence those decisions that impact our ability to     raise standards for healthcare workers locally.

Transform Healthcare in America    
We need to fix our broken healthcare system to ensure quality, affordable     healthcare for every man, woman and child in America. An effective national     voice will allow us to play a decisive role in shaping the future of healthcare.
